Anne Marie Cox, Communications Director for the Diocese, was the first guest of the day. Anne Marie is a frequent guest on the show and she discussed the Bishop's radio show, In the Heartland, the time is changing from 9 am to 10 am on Friday's and it will be broadcasting live in Des Moines and on KVSS in Nebraska. Also this week the show will be broadcasting from Harlan Iowa.

Jerry Deegan, President of Dowling High School, was the second guest of the day. The first point of discussion was about the upcoming football game this week against Valley. Bill and Jerry were encouraging people to go out in numbers and support Dowling at Drake stadium this Friday night. Dr. Deegan was excited to announce that they had 1292 kids enrolled at Dowling and the Freshmen class consisted of 363 students.
