Trish Radke, Public Relations/ Volunteer Coordinator for Catholic Charities, joined Bill and Rich as their first guest of the day. Trish updated us on the success of Catholic Charities Night at the Iowa Cubs. With wonderful attendance every was excited about the event. Proceeds for the event help support the programs that Catholic Charities which include counseling services, homeless shelter for families, food and clothing pantries, pregnancy and adoption counseling, refugee services, and Hispanic community outreach. Trish also talked about the upcoming Bishop Pates Catholic Charities Golf Classic, which will be August 31.

Mary Pometto, Program Director for KWKY, joined Bill and Rich for her last day of work as their second guest. Mary has been with the Bill and Rich show since the beginning as Producer for the show. Mary is leaving the station to work with her brother before giving a year to the Lord and study with the Eagle Eye Program. Where she will study Philosophy and Theology with the Brothers. President of KWKY John Putbrese called in and wanted to make sure our listeners knew how amazing and instrumental she has been to KWKY. Mary we will miss you but we are excited to see you continue growing in your faith.
